Coffee Flavors

Coffee flavors are a booming market. The variety of coffee flavors steadily grows as the interest and demand for specialty coffees grows.
Coffee beverage styles can be divided into the categories of hot coffee beverages and iced and frozen coffee beverages, which have the same ingredients but are served at different temperatures. Many companies offer flavored coffee beans. We can provide the flavor to the roaster and have the roaster apply the flavor to the coffee beans after they have been roasted and then cooled, or the coffee beans may be ground first and then the flavor added. Coffee flavored syrups are also in demand. Two of the more popular coffee flavored syrups are vanilla latte or hazelnut latte.

Tea Flavors >>
Tea has been a popular drink for centuries for its wide appeal for reasons that range from ceremonial to medicinal. These days the popularity of tea remains strong. We can add flavor to all of these teas: Green, black and white tea, which all come from the same plant: Camelia sinesis. Researchers are studying benefits from many kinds of teas with much of the focus on green tea. Green tea has been linked with many health benefits.
Tea flavors are being used in hundreds of new tea beverages and non-beverage tea products. Some companies add green-tea extract into their food products such as pocket sandwiches, frozen soy-based desserts, and even Green Tea Cereal is sold in Japan which contains green-tea powder. Our tea flavors can be used for similar food and beverage applications, including functional beverages.
